Financing Policy:
At Love Ur Self Aesthetics, we are committed to making aesthetic treatments accessible and affordable for everyone. We offer flexible financing options to help you achieve your desired results while ensuring a transparent and fair process. Our MedSpa Financing Policy is designed to provide clear terms and conditions, allowing you to finance your treatments with ease and confidence. We prioritize your satisfaction and aim to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Eligibility:
To ensure a smooth and safe treatment experience at Love Ur Self Aesthetics, clients must meet the following criteria:
1. Age: Clients must be 18 years or older.
2. Creditworthiness: Financing options are available upon credit approval from our trusted financial partner.
3. Identification: A valid government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport) is required.
4. Consent: Clients must sign a consent form and provide medical clearance before scheduling treatment.
We prioritize your safety and comfort, ensuring all requirements are met for a seamless treatment process.
Financing Options:
At Love Ur Self Aesthetics we offer a variety of flexible financing options to accommodate the unique needs of our clients. Currently, we accept the following payment methods: Cash, Credit Cards, Care Credit Zelle, and Apple Pay. (Cherry and PatientFI coming soon).
Cancellation/ No Show Policy:
1- We value your time and strive to treat patients promptly while respecting our providers' availability.
2- Your scheduled appointment is reserved just for you. Last-minute cancellations leave us with limited time to fill those openings.
3- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $100 fee. Cancellations or reschedules made on the same day, or missed appointments without notice, will incur a $100charge.
4- By scheduling an appointment with Love Ur Self Aesthetics, you are agreeing to our cancellation and no-show policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
